Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • Pestemal.com ships to a variety of addresses that you provide. Please make sure to provide your complete address, including company name, your name and surname, contact number, zip code or postal code, country, and city name.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • We will send you a Shipment Confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. This email will include your tracking number(s), which should become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Please note that Pestemal.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied to your order during shipping. These charges are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • If you receive your order in a damaged condition, our dedicated team is here to assist. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and get in touch with us.
  • Remember to keep all packaging materials and damaged items handy when filing a claim.
  • During the delivery of the box; before signing the delivery form, please make sure to check if any damage is detected on the box or the number of boxes do not match with the original shipped box number. Please do not accept to pick up the box and do not sign the delivery form. Kindly have the courier make a written report of the damage or deficiency and kindly notify us in 48hours. Failure to follow the mentioned process may lead the insurance brokers to refuse the claim for reimbursement of missing items or empty boxes.
