SHIPPING

How long will it take to get my order? 
We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – especially during some certain seasons. Your patience is appreciated. 
Once we ship your order, it will get there in about this long:

  • United States: We use FedEx Express and UPS, your package should arrive in 2-3 business days once shipped.
  • Australia: We use FedEx Express to Australia, your order should arrive in 3-4 business days once we ship.
  • Europe: We use UPS and TNT for the shipments to Europe. Orders usually arrive in 1-2 business days in Europe.
  • Rest of the World:  
    Express: Shipment options for orders placed from the regions outside of the areas above may be relatively high priced as they go out of our special discount contracts. However, for such deliveries, UPS is preferred, and it is fully trackable. Your order will arrive in about 2-5 working days once shipped, but please contact us if you’d like to upgrade/modify your shipment preferences.

Duties/Customs Fees 
Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. UPS may also charge handling fees for processing your parcel through customs. We are sorry that we have no control over this and it is your responsibility to pay for any fees.

Will my order be tracked? 
Yes, surely. Unless otherwise preferred by you, you will be given a tracking number.

How can I pay? 
This website accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paypal.

Is it safe? 
Pestemal.com leverages all the security capabilities of the Shopify infrastructure, which keeps all your private data safe. In detail, we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How much will the customs fees be? 
Since it varies for every country, it is best if you get in touch with your local customs office to find out  before you place your order.

 

ORDERS

How do I make an order? 
Click on a product you like and add to cart, then follow the easy checkout process. After we receive the payment, shipment process will be initialized. You will also receive additional notifications at various stages of the transaction.

How do I make changes to my order? 
Pestemal.com allows you to make changes to your order within 2 hours after the order is received. You simply need to email info(at)pestemal.com with your order number and the changes you need to make. Unfortunately, we can’t add products to your order, but we can change address, shipping or sizes during the 2 hours.

How do I cancel an order? 
Same rules of changing an order apply to canceling an order, you have two hours from when you made your order to email us at info(at)pestemal.com to let us know you have to cancel.
The reason behind the time limit of 2 hours is that our warehouse employees will start packing and shipping immediately as soon as your order is put into process.

How do I return an order? 
The only thing you need to do is to contact one of our sales managers; they will guide you and take care of all the necessities.

Where is my order? 
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email from us yet, then just drop an email to info(at)pestemal.com, and we will investigate.

I received a faulty item, what do I do? 
First of all, we sincerely apologize for that unfortunate experience. Even though all the items listed on Pestemal.com undergo a quality control process, there is still a minor possibility of malfunction.
If you ever encounter a problematic item, just email us on info(at)pestemal.com with pictures of the faults. We will search for the causes of the issue, inform the related departments and try our best to fix the problem.

 

PRODUCTS

The item I am willing to order is out of stock now, will you restock?  
There are some limited items in our catalog waiting to be reproduced when the needed quantities are met. You can sign up for a restock notification or send us a message via email including your projected order quantities to let us evaluate your request more deeply, then we will let you know when they become available.

I cannot see product prices, why? 
Due to fair play concerns in the industry, we prefer to hide prices from unregistered guests. However, after a quick registration sequence, you will be able to view the whole shooting match, default prices on 1000+ items. Moreover, as you keep shopping at Pestemal.com and increase your order quantity, you will upgrade your ‘customer rank’ and see lower prices.

Do you offer custom logo option? 
Under the brand of Pestemal.com, we can produce solutions for all the fields related to the textile industry from A to Z. You should simply send your logo via e-mail, and our Design Team will take care of it. You can also check our  services page to learn about all of our provided services varying from embroidery to fulfillment operations.

Can I order a sample product?
You can buy the samples at the price listed on our website. Shipping is  included for sample prices. If you want to create your own design and then receive a sample, you should contact one of our sales managers. Please visit this page to find out how to contact us.

To what extent can I modify a product?
Thanks to our flexible production line, you can modify every attribute of the product you have selected if you provide the sufficient order quantity. That means you can create your own unique and exclusive designs. For instance, you can create either an organic jacquard beach towel with a zippered pocket or a printed roundie with tassels. All you need to is sending us your enquiry and providing the detailed description of the product design.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Is there any socially responsible aspect of choosing Pestemal.com products?
You can be sure that Pestemal.com is one of the few companies supporting green production in real terms. Although it is a tricky task to manage local producers who operate not more than five weaving looms, we always opt to choose them to contribute to their development and sustainability. Hence, local producers -who populate small villages of Buldan, Turkey- can obtain an income source.

Additionally, thanks to over 10 years of experience in the textiles industry, we have the technical know-how and rich resources that are beneficial for lowering costs and improving quality.

We manufacture in Denizli, Turkey because, surprisingly, there are many local producers offering the best quality towels and pestemals.

All from Turkey, manufactured by reputable Turkish suppliers.
